Inactivated vaccine against swollen head syndrome (SHS) or avian rhinotracheitis caused by avian metapneumovirus.
Product Description
Indications:
Active immunization as a booster in laying hens and breeders to reduce clinical symptoms such as death, decreased egg production and swollen head syndrome (SHS) due to avian metapneumovirus infection.
Content:
Each vaccine dose contains at least 10 log2 ELISA units of attenuated avian rhinotracheitis virus strain BUT1#8544.
Dosing and Administration:
One dose. Each bird should be given 0.5 ml of vaccine via intramuscular injection in the thigh or chest muscle or subcutaneous injection at lower part of the neck.
Presentation:
Bottle 500 ml (1000 doses).
Storage:
Store between 2 – 8 °C, avoid freezing.
